TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL NEED YOUR:
  • Last Name
    • Include suffixes (Jones III, Patton Jr, etc.)
    • Include hyphens as appropriate (Jackson-Smith)
  • Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Last Four Digits of Social Security Number
